Buildertrend and Why We Use It

We at Elevate Home and Retail Construction did our homework when choosing the right software to manage our projects. After we researched many different software’s that were all very similar and at different price points. At the end of the day, it really came down to the experience that not only we the contractor had but the client. Not one software that we found did or does what Buildertrend does.

Buildertrend really has what every contractor needs and and should be using it makes very easy for not only the contractor but the client also. Regardless of project size, bathrrom renovation, kitchen renovation, basement renovation, main floor renovation, the list goes on. The client selecting the design to the selection of the materials, to the contractor providing updates and scheduling, Buildertrend is really a one stop shop. Contractors can update everything in real time, upload onsite pictures, create and maintain schedules, create daily logs, scan documents, keep track of employee's vs GPS clock in and out locations, etc. Buildertrend helps make the project run smoothly and keeps everything transparent.

The feature we like the most is that Builddertrend makes the client their own portal that is very easy to use. For example, when a design is ready and uploaded and set to “use as feature” the portal is setup to place the new feature update as the center item. Weather the client is on their desktop or mobile devise they see the photo or even video center stage.
